Diabetes is a problem in which, insulin is not sufficient in the body of a person. And body cells can not respond properly to insulin. Insulin is very important as it transmits glucose from the blood to body cells. Apart from this, it also has many other effects on metabolism. The person who eats food provides glucose to the body. Which cells use to provide energy to the body. If insulin does not exist in the body, then they can not do their work properly and can not bring the glucose to the blood from the blood. Due to which glucose is collected in the blood. And excessive glucose in the blood can be toxic. Typically diabetes is of three types, type-1 diabetes, type-2 diabetes, and gestational diabetes.

The Cause Of Diabetes

When the body is unable to use the right amount of blood glucose, then the person has diabetes problems. The main causes of diabetes are the following.

Low formation of insulin hormone: Cells get energy from the sugar provided by insulin. The cause of diabetes is a low formation of insulin hormone. When insulin is less then sugar cannot reach the cells and in the blood properly. Which starts reducing the energy of cells. And for this reason, the body starts to suffer.


Genetic reasons: There is another reason for diabetes. It is also genetic. If there is any member of your family, parents,  then in the future you also get the possibility of getting diabetes.

Obesity: Not eating on your schedule, eating too much junk food or increasing your obesity is also the main factor of diabetes. Your weight is very high, your BP is very high and cholesterol is not balanced even if you have diabetes. Due to eating too much sugary, regular eating out, drinking less water, not exercising, after eating, going to bed or sitting for long periods of time, etc. can also cause diabetes.

High blood sugar: Due to the low formation of insulin due to diabetes, the sugar becomes high in the blood because the body energy decreases due to the accumulation of sugar in the blood. So that it is removed through the urine. Due to this, the patient comes to urine again and again.


Pancreas gland is responsible: In fact, different types of hormones are released from the Pancreas gland, among which is insulin. Insulin is very useful for our body. In our blood through our insulin, our cells get sugar, i.e. insulin acts as a way to bring sugar to other parts of the body.

*Sudden weight gain
*More thirsty
*Fatigue
*frequent urination
*Excessive appetite
*Fill the wound slowly
*Bodyweight event without reason
*Presence of ketones in the urine
*Irritability
*Blindfold
*Chronic skin, vaginal infections, and gums continue to remain infected.

Prevention of Diabetes

*Sugar is a serious disease. The sufferer may have to face many problems but some precautions can be prevented by diabetes.
*Vitamin D is very important to control blood sugar, so do not let vitamin D deficiency in the body.
*If your body weight has increased, then it can be controlled quickly, otherwise the risk of sugar may increase.
*Drink more and more water and avoid using sweet foods. Do not even eat ice cream if possible.
*Do not smoke and eat alcohol, otherwise, the possibility of getting sugar can increase.
*More fiber and protein-rich foods help protect against sugar.
*Avoid eating foods with sweet foods and refined carbohydrates.
*Exercise regularly, walk in the morning and evening, and do great physical work. Keep the body more active.
